The objective for which the company was incorporated includes:
 
• To promote, protect and develop commonwealth, foreign trade, industry, commerce and original equipment manufacturer OEM in Nigeria and in connection therewith to enter into agreements of representation/agency with viable firm, company, organization or establishment and directly or indirectly engage in business connected with any of our business areas and services. 

• To market, represent and promote original equipment manufacturers in the Nigerian Oil and Gas, Engineering, Marine and Telecommunication industries. 

• To promote the Nigerian Oil and Gas, Engineering, Marine and Telecommunication sectors with wide variety of high-tech and high-value innovations and technologies. 

• To engage in both local and foreign procurements and importations to service and equip the fast-growing Nigerian markets.
